Due to the fact that we arrange hunting safaris in 3 different, independent Southern African countries, ie. South Africa, Namibia and Mozambique, our rates and tariffs regarding day fees, transportation fees, prices for the different huntable species and taxidermy arrangements will obviously differ from one country to the other.

 

In general our Terms & Conditions are en large, applicable to activities within all 3 countries we operate, albeit there are some minor differences that will be discussed when you book a safari with us. 

 

DAILY RATES INCLUDE

Accommodation and meals.

South Africa: Airport pick up collection and return transfer. JOHANNESBURG, Oliver Tambo International within South Africa. Also inclusive of transportation for the duration of time contracted with us whether hunting or on safari.

Hunting vehicles and in field transport to all venues when hunting/shooting/fishing.

Camp personnel, trackers, skinners.

Field treatment and salt for the preparation of trophies.

Daily laundry service.

Beverages such as soft drinks, bottled mineral water.

Fulltime services of a legally qualified and registered, licensed professional hunter/s or THETA/FGASA accredited tour guide/s.

Hunting permits, (excluding CITES) tags and licenses.

Gun fees and/or daily hunter right fees.

Park entrance fees and conservation levies.

Delivery of your field treated trophies to a local taxidermist from where dipping, shipping, crating & exportation arrangements will take place.

14% Governmental Value Added Tax levy (VAT) on daily rates

While our hunts/ bird shoots/fishing and tour safaris guarantee ample opportunities regarding required species we however can not guarantee the record book qualities of any animal nor quantities or volume of bird/fish species, neither the final act of collecting said animal/bird/fish. We have no control over the weather, free ranging animals/birds/fish, neither the capability of the outdoorsman involved in such activity. Nature is a dynamic force and indifferent to the best of human intentions.

DAILY RATES EXCLUDE

All taxidermy and exportation costs (documentation, tanning, dipping/disinfecting, crating, shipping and brokerage - See indemnity).

Mozambique: Transportation from and return to airport at Quelimane. $ 350 per person, return.

Namibia: Transportation from and return to Hosea Kutako International in Windhoek. $ 800 return. 1 – 4 persons max.

All telephone calls (whether landline, mobile or satellite), fax services and e-mail use.

Food and drinks when traveling from and back to airport and during traveling days between hunting areas, if necessary.

Accommodation prior to and after the safari.

Alcoholic drinks.

Trophy fees regarding species hunted.

CITES permits – when applicable.

Gratuity to staff – at your own discretion.

International airfare and airport taxes.

Curio purchases and items of personal nature.

Then participating in bird shooting safaris; trained bird dogs, beaters and dog handlers. (Depending type of shoot.)

14% Governmental Value added tax levy (VAT) on game wounded and lost or trophies not exported.

Fishing tackle, flies, lures, equipment and bait when on Fishing Safari.

Animals hunted for bait purposes when leopard/lion hunting.
